Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build store relationships, educate staff on brands, and ensure accurate execution of projects and displays, while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards. Flexible hours and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexibility to work nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and deliver high execution.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
