Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards that drive sales and meet retailer expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead.

You will educate store personnel, execute merchandising projects, and maintain account aesthetics across assigned locations. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and products.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
