Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store teams, educating staff on product lines, and executing displays and projects with precision to exceed client expectations. A flexible schedule and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required to be maintained.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy by following instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
