Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate with the Territory Sales Lead daily.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, willingness to work nights/weekends, and ability to lift heavy objects. Benefits include multiple health and retirement options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must have access to a computer, internet and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects with quality to maintain aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities.
• Know handheld device functions and use them effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
