Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store execution and brand presentation across assigned retailers. You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily touchpoints to the Territory Sales Lead, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

The role emphasizes building rapport with store staff, educating customers on our brands, and flawless execution of displays. Travel to multiple locations may be required, with a flexible schedule and a focus on confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers on brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects maintaining account aesthetics.
• Adhere to company policies and report daily activities to Territory Sales Lead.
• Use handheld functions proficiently and keep information confidential.
