Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under supervision by the Market Sales Manager. Daily communication with Territory Sales Lead is required.

The role requires physical ability, a flexible schedule, and strong interpersonal skills. Benefits include health insurance and retirement plans for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and other physical requirements.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy according to instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Mercandising and execution of assigned projects with quality and accuracy.
