Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in Concord, NC. You will manage non-perishable schematics, schedule resets, and support merchandising integrity across departments.

You’ll work with Store Management and department leaders to ensure accurate placements and adherence to schematics, while maintaining reports and sign-offs. This role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and customer experience by ensuring categories follow schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers to ensure schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, ASM, or Dept Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
