Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to preserve a clean, organized sales floor and deliver excellent customer service. The role centers on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding merchandising standards.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help with product locations while maintaining knowledge of featured items. The position requires safe operation of retail equipment and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
