Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. This role emphasizes merchandise recovery, replenishment, and adhering to company merchandising standards.

You will handle daily department recovery, organize displays, assist customers with locating products, and support other departments as needed while ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using POS and handheld devices

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
