Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle merchandise recovery, replenishment, and display according to guidelines, and greet customers with product knowledge and location assistance.

You will also operate basic retail equipment and participate in cross-training across departments to uphold Rural King’s standards and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
• Demonstrate Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
