Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked while delivering friendly customer service. You will perform merchandise recovery, restock shelves, and ensure it aligns with Indoor Merchandising Guide and store standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, operate handheld devices and standard retail equipment, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
