Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked while delivering friendly customer service. You will handle merchandise recovery, replenishment, and ensure displays follow the Indoor Merchandising Guide.

In this fast-paced retail role, you will greet customers, answer questions, operate handheld devices and common store equipment, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
