Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain the store’s appearance and ensure merchandise is properly returned to the sales floor, with well-stocked shelves and a clean, attractive presentation.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, greeting customers, helping with purchases, organizing displays, and keeping departments orderly. Training programs and cross-training opportunities are provided to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the store's general look and arrangement.
• Ensure correct return of merchandise to the sales floor and well-stocked shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Greet customers within a ten-foot radius and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and provide high-quality service.
• Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays.
• Maintain knowledge of all featured products and store locations.
• Complete daily department recovery and maintain cleanliness of the department.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
• Operate retail equipment and office devices as needed.
• Participate in cross-training and training programs for flexibility.
