Job summary

Rural King is hiring a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering exceptional customer service. You will focus on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding merchandising standards.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with computers and handheld devices. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to support multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
