Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to keep shelves stocked, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and deliver excellent customer service in our store. You will help with merchandise recovery, replenishment, and adherence to merchandising standards.

The role emphasizes partnering with teams to ensure product availability, assist customers with location and selection, and operate standard retail equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
