Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. This role emphasizes merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding merchandising standards.

You will interact with customers, assist with product locations, and support other departments as needed in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires comfort with handheld devices and store equipment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
