Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked while delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and maintaining our merchandising standards.

You'll greet customers, assist with product questions and locations, and help maintain safe, welcoming aisles. You will use handheld devices and basic store equipment to keep shelves shopped and calendars updated.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
