Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Engages with customers to provide excellent service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicates priorities to staff.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed; maintains backroom organization and safety.
