HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train associates, organize back stock, maintain signage and cleanliness, and support safety and compliance while collaborating with management. Starting pay range USD 14.75 to 15.25 per hour; flexible schedule including nights and weekends;

Qualifications

• Retail experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing and coding of merchandise.
• Ensure backroom organization, cleanliness and recovery standards.
