Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and backstock organization.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals.
