You will support a fast-paced store environment, train staff, and ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and replenished on the sales floor. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and replenished on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety standards.
