Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager (MET) in Atlanta, GA, working hybrid to drive sales results through operational excellence. You will plan MET projects, manage signage and racking, and coordinate with Home Depot MET teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include inventory management, audits, and large-scale merchandising resets. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication across large groups,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales and/or management experience.
• Solid understanding of big box retail.
• Familiar with planning MET projects including process and timelines.
• Experience with POGs & merchandising.
• Strong organization & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage complex Excel files.
• Clear ability to communicate and present out to large groups.

Responsabilités

• Plan Home Depot MET projects across multiple categories with timelines and docs.
• Manage signage and racking in Home Depot stores.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot MET Team and merchandising vendors.
• Manage IMS for MET project consolidation and stock inventory.
• Manage inventory levels in internal fulfilment warehouse.
• Assist in audit strategy to gain insights into MET execution.
• Plan and execute large-scale merchandising resets.
• Develop materials to inform Field Sales Team about initiatives.
• Assist in setting POGs in the merchandising showroom.
• Transport merchandising sets between offices in the ATL metro area.
