Job summary

Makita USA in Flowery Branch, GA, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to align the Home Depot Retail Accounts team with field sales and channel marketing. You will own THD project planning, signage, fixtures, and in-store environment assets, ensuring smooth store executions.

The role requires 4+ years in big-box retail, experience with supplier systems such as MLX and Planogram portals, and the ability to travel for market-focused activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Home Depot supplier-facing systems including Supplier Hub, MLX/Merch Logix, and Planogram Portal.
• Knowledge of Home Depot store project planning, initiation, execution, and in-store standards.
• Experience in/around large-scale, Big Box retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from Retail Corporate Account Managers to build proactive field sales strategies.
• Bridge between retail sales and THD channel marketing during store executions.
• Oversee MET/MLX projects from inception to end, including POG creation and store-level asks.
