Job summary

Floor & Decor in Los Angeles is seeking a price integrity associate to maintain merchandising standards and pricing integrity. You will manage price changes, create price tags, and label merchandise using TOD, while processing returns to the sales floor and ensuring correct SKU placement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitivity to confidential information

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor
• Follow safe lifting SOPs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Replace outdated signage with updated price changes
• Return products to correct locations after returns
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes
