Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Miami, FL seeks a Price Integrity Associate to maintain merchandising standards and pricing accuracy.

You will manage price changes, label merchandise, process returns, and support customers with product questions while adhering to safety SOPs.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitive to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Follow SOPs for safe lifting.
• Assist customers as product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products; update outdated signage.
• Return products to correct home locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per standards.
• Email in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs to managers.
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes.
