Job summary

Floor & Decor in Apple Valley, MN is seeking team members to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. The role involves managing price changes, labeling SKUs, and processing returned merchandise at the store level.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling merchandise.
• Assist customers as a product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products and update outdated signage.
• Return products to correct home locations after customer returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
