Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a role focused on maintaining store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. The position involves managing price changes, SKU tagging, and handling returns, with both full-time and part-time options available.

A minimum of 1 year of retail experience plus strong communication and computer skills are required. The role supports customers, updates signage, and coordinates with department managers on pricing and SKUs, in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination to perform essential functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions as a product knowledge expert.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage after price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKU products via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs and pricing changes.
