Floor & Decor in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking associates to maintain merchandising standards and pricing integrity. This role handles price changes, SKU labeling, and returns processing, with both full-time and part-time openings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and comfort with a warehouse environment. The position offers a dynamic team setting and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers as product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage with updated price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Email in-store moves and non-scanning SKU products.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
