Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a pricing and merchandising associate to maintain store pricing, label merchandise, and process returns. The role demands strong communication and the ability to work with store management in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options, with opportunities to advance and a focus on accurate pricing and SKUs. Location is the store floor, requiring customer interaction and product knowledge.

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise that does not have vendor-provided SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product-related questions.
