Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. You will manage price changes, label products, and process returns, while assisting customers with product selections and building signage.

This role offers both full-time and part-time positions. The store environment is fast-paced and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments
• Sensitive to confidential information

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor
• Follow safe lifting SOPs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Update signage with price changes
• Return products to correct locations after returns
• Stock and clean products per store standards
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes
