Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with management and associates.
• Solid computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise missing vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOPs and act as product knowledge expert for customers.
• Create price tags and signage, replace outdated signage after price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns and stock according to standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
