Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a pricing and merchandising associate to maintain store pricing integrity and tagging accuracy. The role involves using the TOD mobile printing station, labeling SKUs, and processing product returns to keep shelves current.

You will work with department managers to decide on SKUs and price changes, and assist customers with product selection while upholding store standards and SOPs. This is a full-time/part-time position at our Aspen Hill, MD store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Process product returns and restock on the sales floor.
• Create and update price tags and signage; replace outdated signage.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to determine SKUs and price changes.
• Ensure accurate stock labeling and adherence to SOPs.
