Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will assist customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and supporting merchandising duties across the store.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and the ability to read, write and count accurately. Shift work and physical tasks are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform merchandise and fixture assembly as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
