Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with start-to-finish tasks including merchandising, planograms, signage, and price changes. You will interact with customers to deliver legendary service and assist with fixture assembly and stock.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to read and count accurately. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred; part-time shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting ability required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor & Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safety in the work environment; adhere to safety training.
