Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers to provide legendary service and help maintain signage and displays.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a customer‑first attitude, with shifts typically 4–10 hours. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred; 18+ years old, reading/writing/counting skills essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
