Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and completing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise fixtures and PDQs. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years old, and the ability to read, write, and count. Shifts vary and emphasize safety and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
