Department: Merchandising Consumables (P) – Merchandising Systems and Services
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

About the Role

As a Merchandising Operations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining product information integrity across our e-commerce platform. You’ll collaborate with brand partners to ensure accurate, compelling product content while supporting our merchandising systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage new item setup processes by adding products to our systems, including:
    • Communicating with brand partners to secure best-in-class content
    • Performing quality analysis on product information
    • Importing data and digital assets
    • Auditing webpage content for completeness and accuracy
  • Synthesize large quantities of complex data into usable, actionable information
  • Participate in system implementation projects including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue resolution

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a computer-driven corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to convey key insights from complex analysis
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for improving processes

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or catalog management
  • Prior experience with Software Quality Processes and Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • SQL and/or Tableau skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $26/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
