Job summary

Forman Mills in the greater Lehigh County area is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising operations across assigned departments. You will manage department layouts, signage, stock flow, and loss prevention while acting as MOD in the absence of Store Manager.

Responsibilities include achieving budgeted sales and KPIs, directing daily activities, training department leads, and ensuring superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
• 3-5 years of Management, Operations and Merchandising Experience within a Big Box.
• Experience in Financial and Retail Management; ability to recruit and retain top performers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; high energy, hands-on leader.
• Proficient with POS systems, Kronos, Outlook, Excel, and surveillance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and KPIs daily.
• Organize and direct daily activities in assigned departments.
• Train and develop Department Leads and Team Members.
• Open/Close store per company direction when assigned.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
• Audit operational controls and deter theft; maintain presentation standards.
