Job summary

Forman Mills seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee all non-merchandising store functions, including backroom, front end, and HR/admin activities. The CO-Manager works with the Store Manager and is responsible for staffing, policy execution, and driving sales and store performance.

Key duties include budget attainment, weekly payroll management, staff development, and ensuring flawless execution of company initiatives, customer service, and loss prevention across multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Management experience in a Big Box environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to recruit, develop and retain top performers.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and HR/admin processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and KPIs.
• Deliver payroll within budget through appropriate staffing and accuracy.
• Direct daily operations across backroom, front end, and HR functions in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire and train store personnel to maintain an effective team.
• Implement company initiatives and maintain Loss Prevention standards.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues promptly.
