Forman Mills is seeking an Assistant Manager/Co-Manager to oversee non-merchandising store areas and support the Store Manager. This role requires leadership across backroom, front-end, and HR/admin functions, with accountability for budgets, staffing, and store standards.

You will supervise daily operations, participate in recruiting and training, and drive KPIs while ensuring consistent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5+ years management, operations and merchandising in a Big Box environment.
• Strong financial and retail management skills with experience leading a diverse team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and KPIs daily.
• Deliver payroll within budget by scheduling staff accurately.
• Direct daily operations across all functions in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Conduct operational audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Recruit, hire and train store personnel to maintain an elevated team.
• Counsel and discipline staff based on performance in partnership with management.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives like pricing, markdowns, and merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
