Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ associates and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent; build bench strength.
• Coach and train staff to improve performance.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to meet labor targets and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee merchandising, transitions, resets, and visual standards.
• Maintain sign storage and fixtures; ensure store cleanliness.
• Lead customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Resolve team and customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
