Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor.
• Lead Floorset execution through coaching and clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Foster a team culture focused on guest experience and recognition.
• Champion store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
• Maintain consistency with AE brand standards across displays and stock.
