Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in McAllen, TX. You will be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store showcases AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes effective Floorsets and merchandising updates.

You will drive replenishment and maintain a guest-ready environment, leading a team with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand values. You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure all areas meet Floorset

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset teams.
• Focus on guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support delivering exceptional guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution and coaching to meet Floorset goals and standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintain store standards and safety, and promote teamwork and recognition.
• Ensure the guest experience remains the top priority.
