Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in McAllen, TX to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store remains aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards, delivering guest-ready floors and compelling displays.

You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, manage replenishment and sell-through, and identify merchandising opportunities. A collaborative, energetic approach helps the team celebrate wins while upholding safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by upholding AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team to meet productivity goals and execute all areas to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify opportunities and act with leadership.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Lead with a people-centric approach, celebrating wins and maintaining a positive team culture.
• Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and adhere to policies.
