Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure floorset excellence, drive effective merchandising updates, and keep the store guest-ready through replenishment and strong visual standards.

You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate to capitalize on merchandising opportunities, while maintaining AEO brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store aligns with Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock, and act on merchandising opportunities.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure safety, shrink reduction, and policy compliance.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate team wins while maintaining guest-focused culture.
