Job summary

Responsibilities
- Support driving guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring store meets AE Brand Standards.
- Lead floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
- Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and act.
- Promote a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
- Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices.
