Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Troy, MI to support the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store upholds AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will drive Floorset execution and merchandising updates, while ensuring the store is guest ready through effective replenishment. You will collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards, coach the Floorset team, and keep a keen eye for merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with prior store experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Lead Floorset execution through training and clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenish and adjust sell-through as needed.
• Help maintain AEO Brand Standards across merchandising and stock areas.
