Job summary

You will train the Floorset team and ensure replenishment keeps the guest experience sharp.

You will champion guest focus, maintain store visuals, and collaborate with leadership to drive merchandising opportunities while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills required.
• Experience leading teams in a store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader by upholding AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through training, coaching, and clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, stock replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Ensure store is guest ready by maintaining visuals and stock levels.
• Foster teamwork and recognition to keep the team motivated.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
