Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience with Floorset execution and visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to coach and lead a merchandising team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AE Brand Standards.
• Execute Floorsets and drive strong Floorset visuals store-wide.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and act on opportunities.
• Promote guest experience as the store's top priority while maintaining standards.
• Support safety, stockroom organization, and shrink-reduction efforts.
