Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and ensuring our store is guest-ready through effective replenishment. You will lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and drive sell-through strategy with a proactive, team-first approach.

You are passionate about merchandising, organize and prioritize work, and collaborate with leadership to keep the store fresh and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong focus on guest experience and brand standards.
• Ability to train and coach teams to achieve floorset goals.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
